Race Schedule for January, February, and March 1999

Practice begins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening. If 5 or more Junior/Novices are present at 6:30 p.m. they will race first followed by the senior class. To race in the Junior/Novice class you must be 12 years of age or under or raced in fewer than 6 races or not placed in any race within the past year. If fewer than 5 Junior/Novices are present, they will race with the seniors.

January 22 -

Modified Box Stock Indy and F1 - Tyco and Super G+ (held over two weeks due to inclement weather)

January 29 -

Box stock T-Jets - only allowed changes are skinny silicones and red guide pins (rear guide pin trimmed for use on front). Only small wheeled copper chassis and complete bodies (any style including Model Motoring Inc), injection molded are allowed.

February 5 -

Life Like Nascars and Nastrucks - Your choice of body style with any type of rear tire allowed.

February 12 -

Mid Winter Modifieds - Life Like and Tyco 440X2 Chassis, AST or slip on silicone rear tires, paper, lexan sprint or modified bodies only. Bodies must look like real cars.

February 19 -

IROC - just show up with your favorite controller or use one of ours. I provide six identically prepared cars which stay on their own lane while the drivers move from lane to lane.

February 26 -

T-Jet indy night - Indy or Grand Prix bodied T-Jets - allowed are ANY type of rear tire/wheel combo. All else must be stock.

March 5 -

Modified Box stock prototype racers - Super G+ or Tyco

March 12 -

Modified box stock NASCAR Enduro - Super G+ or Tyco

March 19 -

T-Jet Terrors - These are the fastest T-jets they run. You must run a t-jet, Tyco, or Atlas hot road, Willys, Ford Coupe or other street car modified to dirt track appearance. Cut fenders, screen windshield and chrome motors are allowed and encouraged. Allowed are hot rod, AFX style rims, AJ's or AST's on the front and rear (any tire type), ceramic motor magnets, armature 6.0 ohms or greater and a handling pan. You aren't allowed anything else.

March 26 -

1970's Magnatraction Can Am - Polymer motormagneted AFX magnatraction Can Am cars that would have raced in the 1970's. Porsches, Ferraris, McLarens etc are allowed. Cars should be complete and appearance counts! Incomplete cars are not allowed. Armatures 6.0 ohms or greater and any rear wheel/tire type allowed.

Modified Box Stock -

Any polymer traction magnets, AST type tires and ski pick up shoes allowed. They will no longer allow Tyco Wide Gap armatures in ANY class as they are not readily available and haven't been for quite some time.
